In 2017, China initiated a Rural Revitalization Development Strategy to foster further agricultural reform and rural development. This strategy has brought about a significant shift in policies. The increased investment in rural areas is creating enormous opportunities for the development and modernization of the agricultural sectors. The conference encourages submissions on topics that are broadly related to agricultural modernization and rural revitalization in the developing world with a focus on contemporary China.
